Two days that change how your team works, together.
Exclusive, invite-only access for today's leaders. Not a conference. A living lab where a curated community of leaders and their teams practice what actually makes a team healthy, high-performing, and human.

You are going to change the world. That mission isn't for the faint of heart.
Building the team that has the courage, trust, and camaraderie to get you there makes your mission easier and faster to achieve.
The Healthy Team Summit is designed to help you and your team learn how to move in the same direction, recover energy instead of burning it, and take bigger steps toward reaching your goals together, never alone. That kind of team doesn't happen by accident. It gets designed, and the Summit is where that design work happens, with your team, over two days.
What makes the Summit different is what it isn't.
- It's not another conference of back-to-back slides.
- It's not a one-day inspiration hit that fades by Monday.
- It's not a parade of talking heads fixing your team from the sidelines.
It is a living lab. You'll debate, build, reflect, and experiment alongside a curated room of peers who care about the future of teamwork, in immersive labs and real challenges, not panels. By the time you leave, you won't just have notes. You'll have momentum, new language, and practices you can use the next morning.
25 teams. Two days. Four findings that hold up.
“I'm leaving truly inspired. It reinforced how vital it is to nurture a culture of health and connection, especially in biotech, where innovation depends on people working at their best.”
“Such a thoughtfully designed, engaging, and interactive experience. Well done.”
“Three words to capture the experience: bright, moving, generative. It's the energy and brains in the room, not the windows and ceiling height.”
The people in the room with you.
Forward-thinking executives, educators, entrepreneurs, athletes, and creators, the people redefining how work gets done.

Built for doing, not sitting.
Two days in Boston, structured so most of your time is spent practicing, not watching.

Day One

Day Two
The part everyone talked about in 2025 is now the main event.
The Playground is where the ideas get real, curated tools, live diagnostics, and hands-on activations you run with your own team, with facilitators in the room. It was the highest-rated part of the 2025 Summit, so for 2026 we made it the center of the whole experience.

Come for yourself. Come back different for your team.
It's a senior room by design.

The work lands deeper when you don't come alone.
The people who got the most out of 2025 didn't come alone. Your invitation covers a guest as well, a colleague or a peer, whoever would get the most from being in the room with you.

Who should attend?+
Leaders and teams who want to change how they work, not just hear about it. It's built for our clients, past clients, and peers already doing this work, and it lands deepest when you come as a team.
What does my invitation cover?+
Your seat plus one complimentary guest. Bring a colleague or a peer and there's nothing to pay. Additional seats beyond those two are available at $1,800 each.
When do reservations close?+
Friday, September 4, 2026. The room is capped at 200 and seats are first come, first admitted, so the earlier you claim your invitation the better.
Is this a conference?+
No. It's a working lab. You spend most of your time in hands-on labs and activations with your peers, not sitting through slides.
Who's in the room?+
A curated group of 200 people from mission-driven companies like yours, many of them clients and peers, all doing the real work of building healthy teams. We keep it intimate on purpose.
Can I bring my team?+
Please do. One guest comes complimentary with your invitation, and the work lands deeper when you do it together. Want to bring more of your team? Additional seats are $1,800 each.
What's included?+
Both full days, every Playground activation, all labs and working sessions, meals throughout both days, and materials to take back to your team.
Can I bring more than my complimentary guest?+
Yes. Additional seats are $1,800 per additional seat, and you can add as many as you need when you reserve.
What if I need to cancel or send someone in my place?+
Let Corbyn Wright know at corbyn.wright@lead3r.com by September 18. Paid seats cancelled after that date are non-refundable, and we ask that complimentary seats be released by the same date so we can offer them on. To send someone in your place, email Corbyn with both names and we'll transfer the seat.
The room is small on purpose.
We keep the Summit to 200 people so it stays a community, not a crowd. Your seat plus a guest are complimentary, so bring someone, do the work, and leave with a room of people who get it.
